Listing Disclaimer

What it means when a pharmacy appears in an Ogovy table, what it does not mean, and how listings are added, changed and removed.

A listing is not an endorsement

Appearing in an Ogovy comparison means we track a provider’s published prices for the treatments we cover. It is not a recommendation, an endorsement, a certification, or any statement that a provider is the right choice for you. Nor is it a warranty about their clinical decisions, their customer service, their delivery times or their regulatory standing at the moment you visit.

Always verify independently. Check the pharmacy on the GPhC register, confirm a clinical assessment is required, and read the provider’s own terms before ordering. Our verification checks explain what we look at, and what remains yours to check.

How providers are added

We add UK providers that appear to be operating lawfully, that publish prices for treatments we cover, and that we can track reliably. Providers cannot buy a listing, and no payment is required to appear. We do not accept payment to exclude a competitor either.

Some providers give us direct access to their pricing so listings update faster. That improves freshness only. It buys no position, no favourable wording and no exemption from our checks, as set out in the independence statement.

Order of listings

Tables are ordered by the tracked price data, principally the true checkout total for the dose in view, including delivery and mandatory fees. Filters and sorting let you reorder by your own priorities. Offer flags, price type labels and maintenance notes are descriptive: they tell you what a provider offers, not what we think you should pick.

Missing, incomplete and unavailable listings

Blank cells mean we do not currently have a verified price for that provider at that dose, not that the treatment is unavailable or that the provider is unsuitable. A published price is not a stock guarantee: supply can change. Confirm live availability with the provider before paying.

How a provider is removed or suspended

We remove or suspend a listing where a provider stops publishing usable prices, ceases trading, no longer appears to meet the basic checks we apply, or where regulatory action or a credible safety concern makes listing inappropriate. Removal is a decision about whether we can responsibly track and display a provider, and we do not comment on individual removals beyond that.

For providers: correcting your listing

If a price, offer, code or detail about your pharmacy is wrong, tell us through the contact page and we will verify and correct it promptly. Corrections are checked against the live page rather than accepted on trust, which protects you as much as it protects readers. Requests to alter rankings, remove factual notes or approve wording in advance are declined as a matter of policy.
