1. Who we are

Ogovy is operated by Medstack Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16439872, registered office Unit 2, Eden Court, Eden Way, Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire, LU7 4FY, United Kingdom. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Medstack Ltd.

2. What this service is, and what it is not

Ogovy publishes price information, provider details and general guidance about oral weight loss treatments available privately in the UK.

All treatments referenced are prescription-only medicines. Supply lawfully requires an appropriate clinical assessment by a registered prescriber, who decides whether a treatment is suitable for you.

3. Accuracy of price information

We work hard to keep prices accurate and each listing carries a last checked date. Even so, prices, offers, stock and terms change frequently and can change between our last check and your visit. Listings are therefore indicative and are not an offer capable of acceptance.

• The price shown at the provider’s own checkout is always the definitive price.
• Discount codes are shown with the conditions we have observed; providers can withdraw or alter them without notice.
• We do not guarantee that any provider will accept your order or that any treatment will be supplied.

If you believe a listing is wrong, please tell us through the contact page and we will check it. Our method is set out in how we track prices.

4. Third party providers and links

Listed pharmacies and providers are independent businesses. We are not their agent, we do not control them and we are not party to any contract you enter into with them. Any order, payment, consultation, supply, delivery, refund or complaint is a matter between you and that provider. Inclusion in a listing is not a recommendation or endorsement, and is not a warranty about any provider’s service, regulatory standing or clinical decisions.

Before ordering, verify the pharmacy on the GPhC register and satisfy yourself that a proper clinical assessment is required.

5. Commercial relationships

Some outbound links earn us a commission if you go on to order. This never affects rankings, prices shown or whether a provider is listed. See our independence statement for the full position.

6. Acceptable use

You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not scrape, harvest, copy, republish or commercially reuse the Ogovy database, price tables or content without our written permission, nor use automated systems in a way that places unreasonable load on the service, nor attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.

7. Intellectual property

All content, layout, data compilations, branding and code on this site are owned by or licensed to Medstack Ltd and protected by intellectual property law. Provider names and product names are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, the site is provided on an “as is” basis and, to the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from reliance on price information, provider details or general guidance published here, and for any dealings between you and a provider. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the service or the law develops. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised, and continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
