Why this list exists: nearly every Wegovy pill offer in the UK is first order only. Once it has gone, you pay the pharmacy’s standard price for as long as treatment lasts, and that is often a year or more. The table below shows those standard prices side by side, ranked lowest first, so you can pick a pharmacy that stays reasonable after the welcome discount rather than one that only looked cheap in month one.

Your prescription label tells you. Compare pharmacies at that strength only. A cheap 1.5mg price tells you nothing about what the same pharmacy charges at 25mg.

Look across the row, not just down the column

The pharmacy that is cheapest at 1.5mg is not always cheapest at 25mg, and 25mg is where you spend most months. A flat pricing curve across the doses is usually the better long term deal.

Add the first month back in

Once you have a shortlist on retail price, check the discount price list to see whose welcome offer takes the most off month one. Retail first, discount second, is the order that saves the most.

Treat the checkout as the final price

Stock, dose availability and delivery options can all change the total. If a figure at checkout differs from the table, the checkout is right and we would like to know: tell us and we will re-check the row.

What is in the price, and what is not

Included

The medicine, the pharmacy’s consultation or prescribing fee, dispensing and standard delivery wherever the provider publishes them. That is the true checkout total for one month’s supply.

Not included

Optional extras such as express delivery, bundled coaching subscriptions and any fee a pharmacy only reveals at checkout. Those show as notes on the row where we know about them.

Never included

Paid placement. No pharmacy can buy a higher position, and the commission some links earn has no bearing on the order. The ranking is the checked price, lowest first, with ties broken alphabetically.

The retail price is the standard monthly price a pharmacy charges with no offer applied. It varies by strength and provider, so the live table on this page is the reliable answer for today. As a rule, the 1.5mg starter tablet is the cheapest month and the 25mg maintenance tablet the dearest.

Why compare retail prices rather than discounts?

Because most discounts are first order only. Treatment usually runs for many months, so the standard price from month two onwards matters more to your total cost than a welcome offer. Retail prices also show which pharmacies are fair without a code.

Do retail prices include delivery and consultation?

Wherever a pharmacy publishes those charges, they are included in the checked figure so the table reflects the true checkout total. If a provider only reveals a fee at checkout, that is the price to rely on.

Can I order a higher strength because it looks cheaper per milligram?

No. Wegovy tablets are prescription only and supply follows the dose your prescriber has agreed for the stage you are at. The table is for comparing pharmacies at the strength you are on, not for choosing a strength.
