How the business to business model works
Onescript dispenses medicines for other organisations. These include clinics, healthcare brands, insurers, NHS services and pharmaceutical programmes.
Blueco and Onescript run no patient-facing service of their own. Neither sells medicines to the public. The providers Onescript works with are independent businesses and customers of Blueco. Blueco does not own them.
Onescript is the only pharmacy premises Blueco owns or operates.
Onescript says the company is building a public tool for patients. The tool will show whether a provider works with Onescript and meets the “Onescript Partner Standard”.
What LillyDirect is
LillyDirect is a dispensing and delivery service from Eli Lilly in the UK. The service starts after a prescription is written. Lilly offers LillyDirect to private UK regulated healthcare companies.
A provider prescribes
A clinician at the provider runs the consultation and writes the prescription. The provider’s clinicians keep full responsibility for prescribing decisions.
A dispensing partner receives the prescription
The e-prescription goes to a LillyDirect dispensing partner, such as Onescript.
The partner dispenses and delivers
The partner dispenses the medicine and posts the order to your home.
The Pharmacist reported the launch on 29 June 2026. At launch, LillyDirect covered private prescriptions of Mounjaro (tirzepatide). Lilly says the company plays no role in clinical decisions. Lilly does not prescribe. The two named dispensing partners were “Onescript by Blueco Healthcare and Pharmacy2U”.
Pharmacy Business reported on 2 August 2026 on a wider scheme. Lilly extended eligibility to more UK GPhC regulated pharmacies with private weight management services. Onescript and Pharmacy2U remained the two contracted dispensing partners.
